Does anyone know what the differences are between the Buxton, Liverpool, and Military (elbow) type driving bits? When should these bits be used? My daughter needs the information for a demonstration, and the only bits we can find info on are the snaffles. They look more severe in the pictures, but we can't find uses, advantages, or disadvantages for these anywhere. Does anyone out there know? Thanks, Marivene
